Choosing a filling method
Loose product such as berries or cherry tomatoes suits a multihead weigher. Items with a fixed count — muffins, cookies, prepared meals — are often better handled by pick-and-place or manual assist stations.
Complete automatic clamshell lines
For full systems, a single machine can combine automatic de-nesting, up to 6 filling stations (manual, volumetric or multi-head weigher), press-to-lock lid closing and optional tamper-evident sealing — running 10–100 clamshells per minute on 1–4 lanes.
