01 — Denest

Clamshell Denester

The first station of any automated clamshell line. A denester takes a stack of nested, empty clamshells and places them one by one onto the conveyor — open, square and correctly spaced for filling.

02 — Fill

Clamshell Filling Systems

Filling is where product meets package. We integrate multihead weighers, volumetric fillers and pick-and-place systems so every clamshell carries the right weight with minimal giveaway.

03 — Close

Clamshell Closer

Our flagship machine. The Clamshell Closer is a compact, stand-alone unit that accepts hinged lid containers with open lids, closes and locks them, and releases the package to downstream equipment — up to 80 containers per minute.

Clamshell Labeler

Once closed, each clamshell needs branding, pricing and traceability. Our labeling stations apply top, bottom or wrap-around labels with accurate placement at line speed.
